Side Story: Bicycle Tourist Meals

Been meaning to write this for a while, and since I'm planning a longer day in the hills, seems like the time is ripe.
Here is a breakdown of my average meals in a day:

Breakfast - 7:00 am
Instant oatmeal with nuts, dried fruit, chia granola, honey, coconut, and apricot jam.
Instant coffee with a shot of mead.
